#MySpainLife Caser Expat & COMO Photo Contest

Spain is such an idyllic destination that people often confuse living here with being on permanent holiday. There are of course hundreds of fairs and festivals in Spain to enjoy, not to mention days at the beach when the weather warms up or a simple afternoon coffee in a crowded plaza.

But there is another side to life in Spain mostly overlooked by the passing traveler, day-to-day life, and that’s why COMO Consulting exists. We know it’s easy to fall in love with Spain after a whirlwind vacation or a fun-filled year abroad, but for those who choose to make their lives here, there’s cooking and cleaning, working and paying taxes to tend to!

So why don’t we have a little fun and shed light on these oft overlooked aspects of daily life in Spain? COMO Consulting have teamed up with Caser Expat Insurance to bring you the #MySpainLife photography challenge. We want to take a peek inside your daily life in Spain and see what makes it tick.

Entry to the contest is simple. First you’ll need to follow both @COMOSpain and @CaserExpat on Twitter. Next, tweet your favorite photo of something that is part of your daily life in Spain with the hashtag #MySpainLife and a short explanation. Finally, sit back, relax and see if you’ve won a prize worth 100€!

Ever wonder what a European vacuum cleaner looks like?

Now here comes the fine print: contest runs from Monday, May 26 to Friday, June 13. Only one entry per person. All participants must follow both twitter accounts and use the hashtag #MySpainLife in their official entry. First prize will be chosen based on quality of photograph and accompanying explanation. The winner will be awarded a 100€ gift card to El Corte Inglés.

We’re looking forward to seeing your photos! Good luck!

  1. Wow, this looks a great competition. Except our daily life on Gran Canaria is writing travel posts. We’ll have a look through our photos and try to find something contest-appropriate.

  2. Great contest! I’ll look through my photos to try and find some, but I’m going to enjoy seeing everyone else’s photos too.
